100mbit port should be enough at this point ,100mbit is rougly 33tb which is nearly 8 times of your usage, if still your users think server is slow for them upgrade to 1000mbit
bhanuprasad1981 Reviewed by bhanuprasad1981 on . Bandwidth port suitable for my usage? My server is consuming about 4000GB monthly bandwidth (and it keeps increasing). What do you think would be a suitable bandwidth port I should get for an uninterrupted bandwidth flow? Rating: 5

Yep, like bhanuprasad1981 said. A 100 Mbps port can only consume max ~33 TB / month. You are ok for now.
