Yes fileshock is quite inactive as i've had no time recently to run it.
I'll make a post in a few mins to see if anyone wants to be staff (mods) and help run it.

I also used to post my uploads there :) But, the site has become very inactive. So, I think, the TheSceneNetwork(TSNet) Members should do something about it. I personally liked the whole site.
