PSD to IPB 3.1 Coder

It says it all in the title, I created a .psd and need it coded to IPB 3.1
The best person I can find is http://www.2ipb.com/ but that price is really to high for a coding job.

Honestly, you wouldn't find good coders (PSD -> Skin) here.

Try on DP and just see the requests

Some of the good coders who can code PSD -> xHTML/CSS (don't know about PSD -> IPB) are :
jayfella, mRAza, ieatlinux, K3V, DJGaurav, more.

Just PM them separately and findout

I can convert PSD to IPB. Its all the same, html, css . If somebody claims they can convert PSD's to html/css then i dont see why they cannot do any CMS.

It's because they have no idea how to integrate it into the CMS.

I got someone to code this for me, so I no longer need the thread. But thanks KWWHunction, I actually got a better price on here then I did on freelancer, and that cost me $5...
