this is totally stupid. so if you are heavier you are by default obese? what about athletes. bodybuilders are heavy and some of them have less than 6% body fat.

But all muscle, onseason so atm 99kg (If I could hit 96kg in a month that would be great). Usually I go up to 105-6kg on offseason, this year I will try 110kg, don't want to get much fat tho.Have fitness or bodybuilding question? Ask Smith!
