    You'll gain weight if you eat 500 calories more then you're burning on week basis.

    this is totally stupid. so if you are heavier you are by default obese? what about athletes. bodybuilders are heavy and some of them have less than 6% body fat.

    But all muscle, onseason so atm 99kg (If I could hit 96kg in a month that would be great). Usually I go up to 105-6kg on offseason, this year I will try 110kg, don't want to get much fat tho.
