THat means that the files in the red area are subjected to the '60 day no download rule' which means that these files are deleted if there are no downloads in the last 60 days.

The file in the blue area are exempt of that rule.

If you're not a big downloader, go to settings and change your package to 'small'. Your premium account will last very long then. Only on the days you need more traffic, just change to a larger package for that day.

Apart from the fact that we have to pay now for a premium (if you don't have points currently) I really love this new system. Normally my Premium would have expired, but RS gave me 291 rapids for the remaining of my account. At 4 rapids per day, my Premium will last for another 72 days!

But if you try to delete any files i have found it impossible to do so.

File says it's deleted, and then reappears when you refresh the page!!

Have emailed them and even phoned them but they do not answer the phone even though it states "You are next in the queue" for 30 mins?
