well if u are ready to pay like 5$ a month u can get hooked up with prolime host i have been hosted with them from the past4 months ...they are real good host uptime is 100% not 99.9% customer support is excellent and server speed is also good i think u will need a refernce link ..it think i read it somewhere sorry if i am wrong
