About the TF I have no idea about the max upload. I have not limited it either.

but if u don't limit the upload then it will be mess

coz if some1 want to seed 24/24 how the other can upload

As the administrator, I'll check the server load meticulously and until now we have no problems.

There are only 5-6 TF users on the server and people seed sometimes for a long time, but we have had no complains.

Furthermore it's a 1Gb port so it can stand a good number of concurrent connections.
