There is many good ones that have regular chat with webcam.

You an add it to your forum

hrmmm.. I do have a chatbox but i don't think video chatting is available. I wanna make something like stickam.com well a little section to do that.

Dont use your forum chatbox.
Upload it somewhere and link your forum to it.
Its not a forum mod,its a standalone app.

No you dont,i used free host over 4 months.
I had about 30 users in webcam chat and 60 in regular hat most of the time and it worked fine.

Well finally they closed me down.
If you are going to do it then i bet you wont have much users online there.
