Hit counter script needed

Hey guys,

I need a hit counter script to count the number of incomming hits from a particular website when they click a image.

Meaning if i place a banner in a website and when they click it, i should be able to know that that hit came from that website so as to monitor how many visitors i am getting from my adspots that i buy.

Please assist.
