r0ck trying to be a scammer?

Well as all know around two months ago i sold my auto script + clients and server to r0ck, this morning when i awake up i see he has open dispute on paypal that he did not authorized that payment.

The buyer has filed a chargeback with his or her credit card company stating that the buyer did not authorize the payment.

The credit card company has reversed the payment, and we've placed a temporary hold on the funds while we review this case. If this transaction is covered by protection against unauthorized payments, we'll lift the temporary hold and restore the funds to your account. If the transaction is not eligible, we'll return the funds to the buyer or the rightful owner.

dunno what to say but with all my transcation with r0ck went fine with no problem and i still trust him. lets wait and see what he says but his not normally a person who will do this may i ask what is the amount the dispute is over

mRAza, couldn't you wait for r0ck or couldn't you pm him to see and know what was the real case? If he had to scam, he would have even sold the script or hosting or whatever.

And in view of the cases, his own pp is limited as he is having three cases opened now including yours. Why would he want his own money to be held in PayPal and be called a scammer. What happened to you is during when you were sleeping and the same thing has happened to him too.

I don't know what payment mode you guys used, but as far as I know he needs to submit some documents to make it clear. Cause what he paid was by a credit card and that's the reason why the case has been disputed. Furthermore 'Do not make any conclusions before listening to the other party, i.e r0ck'

I do understand brother, but anyone in place of you could have been in same situation as you are in now. He is really busy with his job and usually is online less compared to as he was earlier, if you don't believe ask proto. But when you had asked me on msn.

And it was good that you dint made this thread like blaming him completely rather being in cruel without knowing about the real situation. And PayPal is just waiting him to Cancel the Charge back and submit few documents which would solve this problem.
