Need Script for Rapidleech Download Limit

hey frds.. i want the script like it limits the downloads per IP.

Like per IP 5 files allowed to download in 12 Hour time.

Any1 have that script please give me the link for that..

Like this:-

Detected IP: 123.456.789.123

Files Downloaded in 1 hour : 0 (5 allowed)
Total Files Download: 0
Total Storage Space Taken: 0 B

You'll need to use a DB.
Or cookies ( but people might notice and just clear cookies ' )

It shouldn't be too hard to do, but I have no time ;D

i got the script.. can any1 please help me to install it ? i want to just add the IP download Limit in my Rl.. tht's it.. any1 can help please ??

why you need to install why you just not upload it?

I got one script here limits the bandwidth, limits the file being uploaded
and limits the storage for your server (you can specify 400mb storage size)...
