Mplayer 1.0rc1
FFmpeg (from SVN) (support for jpeg, gif, png, freetype, h264, lame, xvid, mad, win32codecs, dv, 3gp, mp4, theora flvtool2 or yamdi (yamdi recommended))

As soon as i posted video it had 100+ hits lol.
100 hits in 1 second and it wont even load.

I will look in to it,when i had streaming tv site i had same problem,friend fixed it.
I will ask what he thinks.

EDIT: Is it basic skin or custom one.
Sometimes if you will change the skin videos dont work.

I cant even check the demo because my kids are here

The 1st thing i would check is the error log in cpanel & see if the movies are being inserted into the database.

it looks like videos arnt being converted.

Dude you will be better off using Social Network Script.

Its like youtube and facebook together.

And you can set the layout like you have it right now.
Users can upload videos/pictures/games/music

Its fucking great,i used it few months back
