Registration error!!

Hello,
i am getting registration error, i tried with this command

ALTER TABLE `phpbb_users` CHANGE `user_id` `user_id`  MEDIUMINT( 8 ) UNSIGNED NULL AUTO_INCREMENT

But i still get this below error,



Can anyone please help ??

The only thing I can think of is to go into phpMyAdmin, go and view the database that your forum is installed to, view the Structure of the phpbb_users table, and click the "Change" button (the picture of a pencil) next to the "user_id" field and see if you find that any attribute has been set to "null." If you see any attribute set to "null," change it to "not null."

no value is set on NULL, is there anyway to check in files by which the registration query is passed ??
