No matter where are you located, Jelsoft, Inc, can sue you and your Hoster. They don't care about small sites, but when your forum gets bigger and bigger, they will contact you to buy the licence, or to change the forum script.
Anyway, I don't use nulled vBulletin, neither licenced vBulletin. I use custom coded forum script for my site.
