OVH-kimsufi or Hetzner which is better for Indian user as dedicated server - remote desktop experience and other things.

I heard sad news for kimsufi not good for indian users.

EDIT: Encoding, Downloading, Uploading. No hosting.

I wish to know ftp speed.

Hetzner is a smaller copy of OVH in my opinion.
Both aren't good for warez hosting/linking.

You can use OVH for p2p traffic, not sure about Hetzner's policy.
But Hetzner seems pretty strict from what I know.

What are you going to do with the server?
