BlogSpot to Custom Domain

I started a blogspot http://orkutimagescraps.blog spot.com/

Now I need it on my custom domain http://imagescraps.com that i already registered it with NETEARTH ONE.

I want the blog to be on my custom Sub Domain http://scraps.imagescraps.com/

So I followed Google's instruction at here http://www.google.com/support/blogge...n&answer=55373

I created C-Name too.

Now should i create a subdomain of same name in cpanel too ? If so I have created that too.

Now when I go to http://scraps.imagescraps.com/ I just see normal sub-domain page

If anyone had experience of doing the same before, kindly guide me.
