How should I behave to somebody who scammed me?

Where did I state you need to smile and be happy about it?
I know this is probably the only way to get your money because PayPal doesn't do anything for you. But c'mon, deep in your heart you know it's just a waste of time.

I have ordered a Customized Windows VPS from your company. Order date : 18th June 2010 Got my server : 20th June 2010 Paid through Invoince date : 20th June 2010 But after 10 days, on 30th June 2010 he have closed his Windows VPS Section. Rating: 5

Well actually, I never really expected to get my money back from any of the scammers (Shubhank, Kshubham, RahulDas., Sniper) but if I can anything to prevent more people scammed by them that's fine.

But even after warnings against RahulDas and Sniper, people still ordered from them. But as SL said, that is simply their decision.

But if I can keep RahulDas and Sniper on a safe distance from KWWH, then it's not a complete waste of time.
