So,
He was already flamed here but I though he will be nice to deal with.
But I was wrong.

I have ordered a Customized Windows VPS from your company.
Order date : 18th June 2010
Got my server : 20th June 2010
Paid through Invoince date : 20th June 2010

But after 10 days, on 30th June 2010 he have closed his Windows VPS Section.
So as per out talk,
He is liable for a Full Refund.
but he isnt paying me that much amount at all...

both gone underground but I have filed a dispute in paypal

I think I have made my decision at wrong time or else I would have got my refund If I have waited a bit long.

Wow, they are officially broke. Sorry about your loss :/ I guess they will refund you when they have the money... let's see what the admins do.

Also want to say do not buy their web hosting.

Constant down time, a few times over 24 hours down time, though a majority of the down time lasts for at least 6 hours.

Their technical support is really bad with some tickets going 3 days without being answered.

The second time that people ignore my warnings ...

The first time I warned for 'Sniper' (Hostagigs) and he scammed more people out of money by selling them VPS from gigi.

The second time against dhruvahost (rahul, shubham and shubhank) who scammed me out of a $60 share in the host. But people still bought from them.
