1 GB RAM cost about 12-14$ depending on the type (DDR2,DDR3)
cPanel License Cost 14$ Depending on The Reseller

So, Automatically without any Space & Bandwidth, the cost goes about 26$ atleast, if still anyone gives you this offer , Then Performance will not be satisfactory
