nooky.usBREIN has jurisdiction in The Netherlands only, where two days they had a major loss against Dutch ISP Ziggo. The judge told BREIN to go after ISP users themselves instead of bothering the ISP and told BREIN to pay an estimated 50,000 Euro's to Ziggo for process costs.
