Chances are that if it is shared with multiple users it will be banned in the future... try to find a vps which doesn't have a banned IP at HotFile.
You can still upload to HotFile, but downloading as premium user won't work at banned RL providers.

Sniffdog's RL is the beast, I use it too. The speed is AWESOME and let's not start about the unraring, it's just too fast. I even have a iRapidleech acc, the download and upload speed is average to low. If you got the cash, take sniffdog's + you get 50gb space too. =]
