    They have lost 2 databases during the transfer of data from Germany server.

    There is your reason. Your databases are missing. Can you restore them from a backup you have? This should resolve the problem.
    I have backups of the 2 databases and I've shifted to another host now.

    They are epic fail at server handling & telling that they have a Pro linux sys admin till a week..
