    Since no one really responded and I can see why but I will put my 2 cents in. USA Dedi's providers are very touchy. Sometimes they let you get away with torrents but sometimes they get butthurt and will suspend all your services. So just be careful

    i have no clue if they are touchy or not, i own and operate a larger adult bloghosting service. in the early days we runned it of a cluster in the states, fact was that in these days a lot of dmca notices were received and we had to delete content every day.

    Since we moved that cluster to HOlland, we almost don't receive dmca notices anymore.
