How to Create Custom NameServers

I'm Currently using a VPS... and I want to use Custom Nameservers for my site. Like :
NS1.netexpertz.org
NS1.netexpertz.org

Unfortunately...My domain provider does not allow to create custom Nameservers.
The Domain is NetExpertZ.org.
Is there anyway I can create Custom Nameservers to use with My VPS ...Hope you guys get what I want to ask....Help Please

and where is your domain registered at?

my domain is registered at domainz.in
and Im using Kloxo in my VPS

Register ns1/ns2.netexpertz.org to your servers DNS IPs, and then register those 2 nameservers are the ones for you domain? You get it?

Login into your domain registrar account.

Create A records like this:

A RECORD = ns1(.domain.com) - IP1
A RECORD = ns2(.domain.com) - IP1/IP2

http://freedns.afraid.org/

Create 2 subdomains example:
rohit1.biz.tm
rohit2.biz.tm

both need to be pointed to your IP.
