That won't fix it permanently As soon as you purge the cache it will unfix itself, check on the styles/SoftWood/posting_poll_body.html, please post that and I'll give you the fix

I think, you've recently installed a mod and maybe forgot to add/replace a few lines of code. Regarding the donation error, retrace the installation instructions. Check if you've missed something.

ok when I installed donation mod it says

1. upload all the files to the correct locations.
2. run install.php then delete it
3. make the file edits
4. purge cache

I run install.php and delete after it
and purge the cache also
bt 1 and 4 pnt I am unable to understand.

Did you upload all the files inside the root folder in the MOD's RAR/ZIP?
