Ban the ip of the users and censor the links.That can help

Banning the IP would only temp fix the problem, they will come back under another IP and the old IP will be used again by someone else like a legit user, IP banning won't help.

Yea they are basically trying to get some backlinks this way so they can sell their shit. What you can do is install an image verification mod to stop it, I've had the same shit but with viagra and it helped reduce the spam a lot.
