Make your forum needs one primary host ofcourse paying one. Setup your site in the host account options. Develop by means of ddls and do some seo. Once the forum start growing you'll get referral commission automatically.

make a legal site dude and make lotta money from google adsense. if you want to make money from warez the best way is upload. you can upload for other good site which get good traffic. no need to make any site for that.
