Coder to clone freshwap search cloud

I need a clone of search cloud that esoft(dot)in or freshwap(dot)net have, but not the simple one (i have this already and i got 0 visitors from him).Script that Freshwap have takes search phrase from the internet and post to their websites.I wanted to buy this from wman but is not responding,even if is online so ...

BTW i don't need the free version that is all over the net.

P.S: I don't know more about their module ,hope this will help.
