Ok so i'm tired of previous hosts always kicking me out.
i've tried several hosts and they say use too much CPU.

I want to know if any of you guys can recommend a good one.

I usually have around 120 members online 24/7.
On a Vbulletin 4x forum.
Needs Warez Linking, Just linking.

Around 300gb of bandwidth [more would be good]
budget- up to $15 a month

you best msgin them first to see if they allow it as some would say you best going for vps

well you could always ask if you could have a trial to make sure there hosting can handle your site

If you continue to get "kicked out" of shared hosting because of too much CPU, that means there is something wrong with your scripts / databases. (120 members is not really alot).

However, I would sugget not going with any shared hosting from now on. Either get a good vps (if you know how to manage), or if you don't, get Semi Dedicated Hosting.

From the sounds of it, any shared hosting company will give you problems.
