Guys its very large in size

I need to fix that so that size can be small and can be upload very fast in my skin... i did that but it was in 1.0MB but i want in KB
so plz fix that

but keep in mind it should be looking good in my theme

GO to PS & reduce the quality...
It`ll be small ( in KB )

use photoshop do reduce its size,
BTW change this skin (Warrior) makes forum and pc slow.
