I believe DMCA will allow the hoster to resolve the complaint within 24 hours and not immediately, if the case that Glee is the issue, then remove the glee posts on your forum and they're good to go.

I think they're just afraid of DMCA. Well for everyone's FYI, DMCA is specific, they will only target a specific production or piece of thread or content that is needed to have an action within 24 hours.

You are entitled to a full backup of your site free of charge. You may not get your month you payed for back, depending on how much bandwidth you used (if you are on a limited bandwidth plan).

$150 westernUnion? for what? It sounds like they will choose to ignore the DCMA if you pay them off. So what happens next time you get one, another $150? Request a full cPanel backup and move hosts.
