Hosting Question!!!!

Hi all,
I am about to make a warez linking site. I have finalized 2 hosts. One of the hosts servers are located in UK and other one,s are located in Germany. So which host should I take i.e one whose servers are located in UK or Germany.

You are both mistaken, Linking/Torrent file hosting ect is not illegal in the uk as there is no mention of 'facilitation’ being illegal under the current copyright law (Copyright, Designs and Patents Act 1988), Further to this unlike what most people believe dmca does not apply to any country but the usa.

If under the Copyright, Designs and Patents Act 1988 it was illegal then alan ellis would not have been charged under the Fraud Act. When the Conspiracy to Defraud case went to court he was unequivocally found not guilty.

You do relise Germany take warez seriously...

Go for NL or HK Germany and Uk both arent safe both are strict with DCMA complains

For HK i suggest go with Wrzhost.com currently they are the only good HK hosts that i have seen ..

For NL there are many like servedome.com , sauravhosting.com

I searched for hosts in NL but could find none. So decided to for hosts in UK and Germany. But dont know among these 2 which is better for a warez linking site. Please help me decide.

And will have a look at the hosts in NL mentioned by DJGaurav.
