I received email, and I knew this day was coming, for the people who haven't bought hosting with knownsrv yet, this is the first downtime I have had since being with them which is 2 months, and this Downtime is to better the service.

I can tell everyone, you would be happy choosing knownsrv

Yes, server is back up in a new facility(Dataplace/Proserve) - all our VPS Nodes and dedicated servers are already there, shared hosting was the last server we had to migrate due to various reasons(poor cooling system, non-redundant network etc). All sites should be back up and running. If you use 3rd party DNS service(such as afraid.org) you will have to change IP address. At this point we re-routed old IP to a new one for the tme being.

We are sorry for any inconvenience this may have caused you. Rest assured, this is a final datacenter move that was highly needed in order to provide the highest uptime and quality possible.
