Krun has really good support, and I dont complain here here, just write a support ticket and it will be answered, all hosts have problems, yes I poste dthat the server was down, but that was just to point out to other members that that it was down, I would recommend knownsrvs as they are will always help you with problems that you have.

That's correct. Tickets are getting answered fairly fast, we were available all the time during the move. If there is an issue, you can be sure I'm personally aware of it the first second.

It's enough to open a support ticket. KWWHunction is the last place I go after support tickets are taken care of. You don't need to bring scheduled maintenance / move public, and we don't guarantee 100% uptime as stated on the first page.

If you aren't satisfied with the service, refund is never a problem(full refund within 7 days, or pro-rate refund after). Instead of spamming a sales thread just cancel your service with us and move elsewhere.
