We are experiencing a heavy DDoS attack which affected a part of NL network. We are working on it as fast as we can.

The network is stable right now. There were random downtimes / packet loss over the past few hours, NOT complete downtime for over 5 hours.

This is a final notice about the recent events that happened over the past week and the latest updates. Fortunately, we managed to put all of our services back online.

Since we needed help with migrating a few 1000 customers over we had to merge with ASAcom/123Dedi as it was the only way to keep up with support requests and keep communication with customers during DDoS at KnownSRV main site. We are happy to announce that now, when everything is sorted out we able to continue as KnownSRV which is a well known and reputable brand name.

Clients are migrated back to http://knownsrv.com/clients and we will keep providing highly quality managed services under KnownSRV name. 123Dedi will be focusing on unmanaged VPS and dedicated servers.
