OPMemberI'm sorry for the issues with that shared hosting server. Support is always available. We both reply to tickets to keep clients updated and working to keep the the server stable / minimize packet loss all the time.

money doesn't matter why don't they increase the moeny of thier shared server...... i was thinking to move to the vps next week but atleast allow me to use this month happily...........

Hello,
The server was rebooted because KVMoIP interface was unavailable. Reboot was required in order to get KVMoIP back online. Please open a ticket if you have further questions.
There is no matter how much you pay. Recent issues were completely out of control and could have happened if you were paying 100x more. We did everything to minimize the affect and we are happy with the results considering such things normally keep hosts offline for days. However, if you are willing to pay more I would suggest you getting a VPS. VPS is isolated, hence immune to most of issues that could happen on shared hosting. Originally Posted by DimaRo
