You used all the CPU allocated to you, and 20/20 opened PHP processes. It's a limit we have in place for shared hosting. You will need to optimize your site in order to reduce CPU usage, or upgrade to a VPS.

Once again, PLEASE use support tickets ONLY in the future. No point ruining our sales thread only becase you reached shared hosting limits. Thanks for understanding.

It's mostly because a few clients reach CPU and process limits we have in place on shared hosting servers to prevent overloading. As I said above, we have ZERO tolerance on overloading and our systems automatically stop that. So, if you don't have a big and resource intensive site, this hosting will be great for you.
