You can see perfectly well you reached all the RAM and processes. It means YOUR sites on the same account will be unavailable while other sites are working just fine. Our firewall automatically blocks IPs with more than 200 connections. If you think are are getting flooded you can block above IPs for your account/sites ONLY at "IP Deny Manager" from cPanel.

Yep, there is only a FEW sites that reach resource limits and feel slower speeds. While it'd effect the whole server in the past, it's effecting only their sites now. Everyone can exactly see their CPU / RAM usage and processes in cPanel. I personally think it's a fair amount of resources. You basically get 30% out of 3.20GHz, 512MB RAM and 20 PHP processes per account.

If it's not enough for your site to run smoothly, you need more resources(upgrade to a VPS) or optimize your PHP script to use less resources. For example, if you run WordPress you could install W3 Total Cache and remove resource intensive plugins. It should do the trick.

Well, if you have a resource intensive site and want to cut your costs down with cheap shared hosting, I don't think it will be a good choice for you. Otherwise I can assure you, you will be very satisfied with our service, as all our clients that don't hit resoruce limits once in a while.
