    I had 2 down times today. First is 13 mins and second is 27 mins. Does anyone have same problem or just me (because I'm using cloudflare so I'm not sure it is knownsrv problem)

    He is asking other users if they faced the same problem as he did. How could we know his question if he didn't ask his question here and only submit ticket to KnownSRV? Do we have access to support tickets submitted by others? I don't think so...

    Yes, but exactly as I said, sales thread is NOT a place for that and should NOT be used for such purposes. He can always open his own thread.

    Point taken, but it will be convenient if sales thread incorporate also user experience sharing. If you do your job well, I think this will actually help your sales.
