I can give you more quotes just from this thread if you want but I will not do that, I just start looking for other hosting provider ... again ,unfortunately this is true offshore hosting itself is a risk and we always need to expect lots of problems with it.

Yes I realize you can quote every bad post from the beginning of this thread to the end but what's the point? While we did have issues with shared hostinf in the past, most of it was related to abusers/overloading. It's the main reason why we limited every shared account. If you need access to more resources you need a VPS, if you need access to ALL resources you need a dedicated server.

my opinion is there is no way you can run wordpress with these offshore hosts. just pay abit more for a managed vps from knownsrv, it's worth it

As long as WP and/or its plugins use less resources than you have, you shouldn't have any issues.

@Drinkordie: Krun!x and ackt are right, you will face troubles with every shared hosting you get (not only knownsrv) unless you get an on-shore US hosting.

He will actually face issues with every reputable host that limits resource usage. He tries to use more than 512MB RAM on shared hosting and blaming US because HE runs our of resources.

Stop to be such an asshole man. My friend tell me that he was hosted with KnownSRV and he have excatly the same problems, so he move after one week.

The end of story. Pack more people on the server, good luck.

Actually, everyone who reached the limits has the same issues. At this point I'm done explaining to you. It's not to that hard to understand, I'm sorry you couldn't. Good luck to you and your new hosting provider. I hope you will find someone who will allow you to push all the resources on cheap shared hosting.

What is your resource usage at that time? Did you submit a support ticket?

My site (DLE) has around 2k visits per day. When I was checking Stats in cPanel X, I saw this but when I 's checking Resource Usage Overview I saw "You have reached entry processes (number of simultaneously running php and cgi scripts, as well as cron jobs and shell sessions) limit 536 times" in 24 hours. This's already big problem so I want to upgrade. Do my site run normally when upgrade to VPS? I mean no downtime or close site when upgrading?

This happened to me, then I opened a support ticket, they told me that they're looking into the problem, then I never got another reply/update from support.
