    Default Need help on WHMCS

    My WHMCS show "You are not assigned to any ticket departments so cannot view or reply to any tickets" What that mean.... anyone can help me!

    How can i see my tickets! Plz need help!

    Step 1. Login as admin of WHMCS
    Step 2. Goto Setup & Administrators Area
    Step 3. Select the Pen & Paper next to the Admin username you need to edit.
    Step 4. You'll see something that says Assigned Departments select the support department you want your account or a staff account assigned to.
