Error on RL out of nowhere

This RL has been working fine. However, I got this error tonight and it's preventing me from doing unrar/rar processes. I hadn't changed anything before getting this error.

The file I tried to unrar does exist in the directory, but something is wrong with my RL.

Any suggestions as to what I should do?
