web hosting specs/companies? for warez linking forum

I know that this is the 20.000000 thread for this topic but I'm really confused and couldn't get to a decision about web hosting companies. I read almost all offer posts about this but still I'm not sure which one to rent...

What I need;

Will start a warez linking + legal adult content forum so, it has to be an offshore web host...?

so needs to be;

warez linking - ALLOWED
legal adult content - ALLOWED
rapidleech - ALLOWED
Disk space? - Need Help
Msql Db? - Is it so important? - Need Help
Bandwidth? Is it so important? - Need help
Dedicated IP? Is it so important? - Need Help

Anything else you recommend?

Ofcourse you need OffShore host for warez linking and adult content, just check the Shared Hosting Section, there are tons of webhosting companies, i'd suggest you to check their reviews from clients before ordering.

Adult and warez linking could be ok everywhere, it depends on the datacenter.

If you want to start a forum you don't need a lot of disk space assuming you will just link to the pictures and downloads hosted elsewhere. Bandwidth is important and you will need it more and more as your site grows. PHP/MySQL is a must. However, you can live without a dedicated IP address.

if you know how to manage a VPS (it's basically using it with some other things) get an unmanaged VPS (cheaper.)

Just to explain this, No Hosting Provider will allow you to use RapidLeech in their Shared Hosting Plans, for Hosting a Website + Using using RapidLeech you would need a VPS.

i recommend servedome.com, i have all my sites hosted with them , they got the best support.
edit: i don't think they would allow rapidleech on their servers.
