Well, Instant-deploy offers cheapest domains online (as far as I know) and many people have bought domain(s) from them. They give the worst support and don't even allow you to change your nameservers (this happened like 8 months back).

How to move your domain to namecheap:

- Go to openprovider.nl and register an account there. Make a support ticket telling them about your problem with Instant-deploy. Ask them to provide you your domain's EPP code and unlock the domain too. They'll send you a code. Keep that code safely in one place.

- Go to namecheap.com and register an account there too. Go to "Transfer Domain" tab and start the procedure. They might ask you for your EPP code. Submit that too if needed. You're domain will be moved in 5 calender days

Now you can easily change your nameservers

Instant-deploy is a reseller of openprovider and openprovider is a reseller of key-systems.net that's the reason we need to contact openprovider. If openprovider won't help you then you need to ask key-systems.net staff.

Nice guide man. I have got a couple of domains there. Will be really helpful for me. Btw is there any extra charge in this process except for the transfer fee? and can we ask them for the auth code of a list of domains? won't they be suspicious or something?

There will be no extra costs. I recently got my domain transfered. They'll just ask you to verify the email account which you used while registering the domain.
