High bandwidth (3gbit+) custom hosting solution needed

Im looking for a multiple server custom hosting solution. Need the host to build me custom boxes, and have the ability to add more hardware quickly.

Im not gonna lowball you, but don't dick me around either. This is a mid-high 4 figures per month deal.

WWW box:
dual quad core
12GB ram,
3 x 300GB 15k rpm SAS drives RAID5.

Then I will either need:

1 of these
24 x 128GB SSD in raid6
dual quad core
12GB ram

or 3 of these:
12 x 300GB 15k rpm SAS drives
dual quad core
12GB ram

Will need a dedicated 1gbit connection (will be maxed out 24/7) shared between the media servers (non-www), and I will need an additional 2gbit added on, within 2-3 months.

The WWW needs to be on its own dedicated 100mbit pipe. If the media servers are saturated in terms of bandwidth, WWW still needs to be quick.

KVM/ILO access is VERY favorable.

This is for a file hosting site, will comply with DMCA, but I still don't want anything US based.

I explained how much bandwidth I need, and what servers I require. Exact specs are in my original post. I dont know how much more clear I can be. Its dedicated 1gbit (will max out 24/7) to start. Will need another 2gbit within 2 months (will also max out).
