Help with ssh and new hosting company?

So im planning on opening my own hosting company but i am having trouble installing some software to make vps and stuff but i am having trouble with shh and installing it and stuff,any one here know how to ssh properly and help me set up my super company? Or can some one tell me how to use wget?

well use putty for ssh and u can use wget to get /download anyfile on your server like
wget http://www.example.com/file.zip

You are going to start a hosting company but do not know how to even begin ssh terminals? How are you gonna provide support to your customers?
