Go into acp go to members then go to members user groups scroll down to the bottom and create new user group.

You need to install the group name indicater mod.

you must import a mod called group name indicator like they told you after importing go to members section on the left before bulk mail you should see group name indicator now click on it enable all group u wana show on your index and you can edit which one should be first etc!hoped ive help u!
