I tried to add A records at Name.Com but I saw only existing A records, but unable to find an option for adding new ones.

Any idea ?

you have use name.com's nameservers

ns1.name.com
ns2.name.com
ns3.name.com
ns4.name.com

if you want to use their free DNS service..then you can add/modify records in DNS Record Management,
if you are using your hosting provider's name servers..you can ask them to add new records..or in new version of Cpanel, you have a DNS managment option..
