Who is the best Skin Designer

Sup guys,

I'm looking for a vBulletin Skin to be created for myself,
it has to be custom and it must be a light skin but with a
few darks colours, i am looking for something like:
(With the 4 -5 Header boxes for adverts)


but a little darker like:


these are just ideas i found while browsing the forum
and i found these in the competitions Thread.

I'm looking for something that look's cool but professional at the
same time, something that is web 2.0 and something with rounded corners.
Also it must has the 4 - 5 header boxes like KWWH as they look cool.

You'll find way better and more unique designs if you search further than KWWH. That1Design while nice are now predictable and common looking.

You kidding? He used to run chaosgfx and he made over 5 skins for chaosgfx =]
