What happened?

Well now its up and down. I can access the control panel but can't get FTP to connect, keeps timing out.

Edit to add: I've already filed a support ticket when the VPS was completely down and would be happy to give the number to a Knowin rep if asked.

Everything seems to be running fine for at least the last 24 hours. Someone replied to the ticket and said the German datacenter was having some trouble. But my VPS is OK now. Thanks.
