Looking for someone who is good at CSS

I need someone who is good at CSS as i have basically converted a skin to fluid but there is one picture that i cant change to move with the forum. I have asked a few people to have a look and they say it is to do with the CSS file.

It's Crazy-Coderz.net v8 template rip, which is released when st0ne bought template from Phantom, and opened InWarez.org, that's why C-C ripped template was released under "InWarez v1".

This rip that he has is full of bugs, and it has no plugins like real version of template.

yes it is a rip of crazy coderz but it is not a active skin i am lerning how to edit skins and recode them
